Advisory, which is in effect from 4 AM to noon EST Sunday.
* MAXIMUM WIND GUSTS...40 to 50 mph from the west.
* TIMING...Strongest winds early Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Minor damage to trees, power interruptions and
difficult driving especially for high profile vehicles.
