* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Very cold wind chills ranging from 5 below zero to 15 below zero expected, which can cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.. Plan on
slippery road conditions and reduced visibilities with additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected.
* WHERE...Schuylkill, Lebanon, York and Lancaster Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM EST this afternoon. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 6 PM EST Saturday. Coldest wind chills from late tonight
