HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM THIS MORNING TO 8 PM EDT
THIS EVENING...
The National Weather Service in State College has issued a High
Wind Warning, which is in effect from 9 AM this morning to 8 PM
EDT this evening. The Wind Advisory is no longer in effect.
* WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* TIMING...Winds will pick up during mid to late morning, but the
strongest winds will occur this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down tree limbs and power
lines in some places, causing scattered power outages. Travel
will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles
