According to PPL, 230 customers were without power as of 3:30pm Tuesday. We also heard reports this in the Germanville Road area outside of Lavelle.
The cause of the outage is due to a large tree that fell knocking down wires.
Power is expected to be restored by 6:30pm.
Ashland Fire Police have also been called to the area for traffic control.
