Primary Health Opens Shenandoah Health Center

Primary Health has announced they have opened their Shenandoah Health Center.

The new location, which is located at 624 West Centre Street, in the plaza near Boyer's Food Market,  has opened and is offering behavioral health and family medicine services.

In a statement from Primary Health's Marketing Director, Sara Rupp, “Primary Health Network’s Shenandoah Health Center has officially opened. Theresa Fry, LCSW will provide behavioral health services 5 days a week and Dr. Jere Wagner will be available on Tuesdays to provide family medicine services."

Dr. Jere Wagner provides Family Medicine services for Primary Health Network. He joined PHN in May 2018. Dr. Wagner earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA. He completed his residency at Harrisburg Hospital, Harrisburg, PA.  Wagner also practices at the Shamokin Health Center.

Theresa Fry is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides Behavioral Health services for Primary Health Network. She joined PHN in May 2018. Theresa earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree from Lock Haven University, Lock Haven, PA and her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral and Addiction Counseling degree from Elizabethtown College, Elizabethtown, PA. She earned her Masters of Social Work degree in Children, Youth & Families Specialization from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.
