Marian Catholic Football Players Volunteer Time at Missionaries of Charity in Mahanoy City

Last week, seven Marian Catholic football players and head coach Patrick Morgans volunteered their time to aid the Missionaries of Charity in Mahanoy City.

There was a sinkhole in the basement and the sisters were forced to relocate their belongings.

In appreciation, Marian was gifted a beautiful framed letter and a framed picture of St. Teresa of Calcutta. Part of the letter reads, “May God continue to Bless and keep this beautiful High School and all of its member’s abundantly, to ’Be Only All for Jesus Through Mary’.”

The members of the football team that helped were Zach Boyer, Nick Goff, John Patton, Hunter Shimko, Luca Stroia, Keith McCall, and Adam Gilbert.
