Emergency personnel were dispatched to the southbound lanes north of the McAdoo exit just after 8:00am.
Early reports that the driver suffered minor injuries.
The crash is blocking both lanes of traffic. Expect it to be closed for a period of time. Northbound traffic may experience a backlog as well.
UPDATE: Lanes are closed in both directions until further notice. Southbound closed at Exit 141 - Greater Hazleton, and Northbound is closed at Exit 138 - McAdoo/Tamaqua.
UPDATE: 10:45am - Northbound lanes have reopened. Southbound remains closed.
