Kathleen M. Bound, 70, Pottsville, passed away Wednesday evening at The Gardens of York Terrace, Pottsville.

Born June 1, 1948 in Pottsville, she was the daughter of the late Charles and May (Schneider) Barone.

Kathleen was a 1966 graduate of Pottsville Area High School; member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic; and Past President of the Catholic War Vets Post 1051. She retired from the Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29 where she served as the Director of Transportation.

Kathleen is survived by her husband of 27 years, Robert Bound, Pottsville; sons Michael husband of Jen, Lebanon and Todd, Mt. Carmel; grandchildren Carolyn, Rebecca, Devon, Gabe and Adrian; brother Charles S. Barone, Pottsville; sister Gail M. Barone, Pottsville; and several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Noon Tuesday January 8 at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville. Family and friends are invited to call Tuesday 9 to 11:30 AM at the Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home 515 West Market Street Pottsville. Pearl Gobrick, 99 years of age of North Lehigh Gorge Drive Weatherly, Pennsylvania passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2019, at Mountain Top Senior Care in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania.

Born in Shenandoah on Saturday, October 25, 1919 the daughter of the late Luke and Christen (Wanzalik) Rosetta. She was also predeceased by; husband, Joseph E. Gobrick, Sr. on May 9, 2014; son, Robert Gobrick; sister, Helen Bartol; brothers, Harry and Peter Rosetta.

Surviving are sons, Richard C. Gobrick and his wife Lynn of Bolivia, NC and Joseph Gobrick of Weatherly; grand daughter, Michelle Gobrick; great grand child, Hunter.

A member of St. Patrick's R.C.C. of White Haven, Pearl enjoyed country dancing.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home & Cremation Services of 211 First Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania 18255.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on January 10, 2019 at 10 o'clock AM from St. Patrick R.C.C. located at 411 Allegheny Street White Haven, Pennsylvania 18661. Friends will be received in church on the morning of services from 9:00 A.M. until time of worship. Rev. Michael J. Kloton to officiate.

Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery Drums, Pennsylvania

Jessica Lee Witmer, age 53, of Hegins, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 at her residence.

She was born on Wednesday, September 22, 1965, in Pottsville.

She was a 1983 graduate of Williams Valley High School and also attended the McCann School of Business, Pottsville.

Jessica worked as a supervisor in area garment factories and had last worked for the Citizen Standard.

She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Donaldson.

She was also a member of the Joliett Fire Company. Jessica enjoyed traveling and going to the beach.

She is survived by her husband Michael E Deeter, to whom she was married for 35 years.

She is also survived by her father Carl R Witmer and his companion Dolly Shoffler of Good Spring; her mother Carol A Schwalm and her husband Walter of Sacramento; a son, Matthew E Deeter and his wife Heather of Hegins; two grandsons, Bentley A Deeter and Luke E Deeter; two brothers, Kenneth C R Witmer and his wife Sheila of Good Spring and Carl D Witmer and his wife Renee of Pitman; two sisters, Rebecca Wolfgang and her husband Troy of Good Spring, Michele L Maidenford and her companion Rick Graver of Newtown; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; two god daughters, Jennifer Wolfgang and Lauren Wolfgang both of Good Spring; and a beloved sister in law, Susan Morgan of Gratz.

Funeral services will be held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, on Monday, January 7, 2019, at 11:00 am, with Rev. Curtis Zemencik officiating.

A viewing will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Monday at the funeral home. Jessica requested that everyone should wear casual beach attire to the service.

Burial will be made in Friedens Cemetery, Hegins.
