A group of fast moving storms with high winds and heavy rain caused some power outages late Tuesday afternoon.According to PPL, as of 6:30pm, almost 700 homes were without power in the Blythe Township/New Philadelphia area.
Smaller outages were also reported in Wayne Township and the Lavelle/Gordon areas of Butler Township.
Power is expected to be restored by 8:30-9:00pm for these locations.
