A landline phone outage has been reported in Schuylkill County.According to Schuylkill County Emergency Management, Frontier is reporting that their customers are experiencing an outage in North Union Township.
SCEMA tells residents to use cell phones to call 911.
Frontier has not provided an estimated restoration time.
