STC Students Install Wind Turbine as part of STEM Program

On Monday, November 4, 2019, students enrolled at the North Campus of Schuylkill Technology Center installed two 20 foot, 600 watt LabVolt Wind Turbines in conjunction with National STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math) week.

The project includes the combined efforts of the Masonry students, who poured the cement foundation and the Electro-Mechanical Technology students who will install the turbine.
