Stephen Wagner, 70 of Frackville, Pennsylvania died on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, at Residence.

Born Tuesday, August 30, 1949 in Philadelphia, son of the late Joseph and Margaret (Sankus) Wagner.

Surviving are brothers, Robert Wagner, David Wagner, Micahel Wagner, and nieces and nephews.

John Franklin "Jack" Schock, husband, father, pap, 84 of Tuscarora, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at home in the loving care of his family.

Survived by; his wife of forty-four years and love of his life Mary L. (Brennan) Schock whom he adored and reminded daily of his love for her; daughters, Kim Kurinec wife of Michael of Walnutport, Patricia A. Rascavage wife of Michael of Tuscarora, Kathleen A. Devlin wife of Gil Godfrey of Drums, Kelly M. Powell wife of Ed of Schnecksville; sons, Morrell Devlin III and his wife Lisa of Dallas, Garth T. Devlin of New Philadelphia, Thorn C. Devlin and his wife Heidi of Tamaqua; 24 grand children; 29 great grand children; sister, Betty Coleman of Bath; brothers, Ronald Schock of Tamaqua, David Schock and his wife Louise of Tamaqua; many nieces and nephews.

Born Monday, May 27, 1935 in Reevesdale, Pennsylvania the son of the late Norman C., and Anna Marie (Haldeman) Schock. He was also predeceased by; son, James F. Devlin; brother, Robert "Bobby" Schock, Norman Schock; sister, Joan Thomas.

A 1953 graduate of Tamaqua High School, Jack served honorably in the United States Marines. He was president of Tuscarora Enterprise a generational business begun by his father which Jack owned with his siblings. Upon retirement he worked at Cal's Auto in Hometown for many years.

Jack was an original member of Advent Lutheran Church of Tuscarora, and upon it's closing joined, Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tamaqua. He was a lifetime member of Tuscarora Fire Co. and ardent Philadelphia Eagles fan. Sunday rides with Mary and his children became folk lore.

Jack was devoted to Mary and their family.

A Funeral service will be at 12 o'clock PM on Monday December 16, 2019 from the funeral home. Rev. Cindy White to officiate. Friends may call on the morning of services from 10:00 A.M. until time of services.

Interment with Military Honors will at St. Bertha's R.C.C. Cemetery, Tuscarora, Pennsylvania.

Charles F. "Tin" Miller, II, 62, of Tower City, passed away Tuesday, December 10th at the Hershey Medical Center.

Born in Harrisburg, April 6, 1957, a son of Sara Dauberman Miller, Millersburg and the late Charles Miller, Sr.,

He was a 1975 graduate of Upper Dauphin High School

Tin was employed by Guilford Mills, Pine Grove for 44 years.

He enjoyed going to the horse races at Penn National Race Track. He always looked forward to spending time at the beach with his family.

Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife of 42 years, Lynette Klock Miller; two children, Valarie Carl and her husband Jim, Tower City and Derek Miller, Locust Gap; sister, Jody Miller, Lykens; four granddaughters, Britnie Weaver, Kaitlyn Miller, Mackenzie and Naomi Carl; a niece Misty Miller and a nephew, Troy Miller.

A Celebration of Tin's life will be held on Monday, December 16th at 7:00 pm from the Christ United Methodist Church, Tower City with Pastor Annette Shutt. Visitation will be from 6:30-7 pm at the church. Memorial donations in his memory can be made to the Christ U.M. Church, 400 E. Grand Ave., P.O. Box F, Tower City PA 17980. George A. Edwards Jr., 70, of Gordon passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at his home.
He was born October 19, 1949 in Ashland, a son of the late George A. Edwards Sr. and the late Corrine Kimmel Edwards.

He was a 1969 graduate of North Schuylkill High School. George was a loyal Phillies and Eagles fan. He wrestled for North Schuylkill on their first wrestling team in 1967, following the Spartans ever since with brothers, nephews, and great nephews competing for the Spartans. He worked for many years for the Tremont Sewer Department as a plant manager before transferring to the American Water Company as the plant manager of the Butler Twp. Sewer Plant.

George was preceded in death by a brother Dale Edwards of Mechanicsburg and a brother-in-law Lenny Hoover of Oakland.

George is survived by a sister Judy Edwards Hoover. Brothers Thomas Edwards and his wife Susie Miller Edwards; and Richard Edwards and his wife Cathy Smith Edwards. 11 nieces and nephews along with many great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, December 13, 2019 at the Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home, Ashland with Pastor Susan Hocking officiating. Interment in Christ Church Cemetery, Ft. Springs where he will be laid beside his mother and father. Viewing 9:00-11:00 AM Friday, December 13 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Spartan Wrestling Boosters, C/O Rick Edwards, 32 Dutch Rd. Ashland, PA 17921.
