Ann L. Kaledas, 59, of Schuylkill Haven, PA, passed away Tuesday, January 14th, at Schuylkill Center, Pottsville, PA.

Born in Pottsville on June 22, 1960, she was a daughter of the late George & Jean (Clouser) Rinda.

She was the wife of Anthony R. Kaledas, Jr.

Ann was a graduate of St. Clair High School, Class of 1978.

She was formerly employed by T & T Deli.

Ann was a member of Holy Cross Church, New Philadelphia; and attended St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven.

In addition to her husband, Ann is also survived by a son, Anthony R. Kaledas, III, Schuylkill Haven, a daughter, Angelica "Jelly" Kaledas, Greenville, NC, a sister, Sharon Brish, Cumbola, three brothers: George Rinda, Tamaqua, Edward Rinda, Sr., West Palm Beach, FL, and Dale Rinda, Cumbola, and several nieces & nephews.

A viewing will be held Monday, January 20th from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home, Cressona.A prayer service, conducted by Pastor Robert Schaeffer, will begin at 9:30 a.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven, 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 20th.

Interment will follow mass at Cressona Cemetery, Cressona, PA.

Ronald E. Rose, Jr., 50, of Pottsville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday in his residence.

Born in Pottsville, on June 10, 1969, Ron was a son of Ronald E. and Eveline (Shay) Rose, Sr.

Ron was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School Class of 1987. He was a member of the Pottsville Area High School Sports Hall of Fame in track and football, where he held several school records.

He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy.

Ron previously was employed as a nurse's aide and an extrusion machine operator for Alcoa, and in the construction field.

He was of the Catholic faith.

Ron was a life member of the Pottsville AmVets Post 180 and a former member of the Masonic Lodge #216. He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Notre Dame fan. Ron loved his dog, Minnie.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, John D. and Florence M. Rose and Thomas J. Shay.

In addition to his parents, Ronald is survived by his wife, Gina A. (Boris) Rose to whom he was married 21 years; three brothers, James J. Rose, fiance of Rhonda Lomas, of Pottsville; Brian D. Rose, husband of Melissa, of Pottsville; Kyle T. Rose, fiance of Kimberly Meyers, of Pottsville; grandmother, Gertrude A. Shay; mother-in-law, Rita L. Boris; several nieces and nephews.

Services and interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with military honors will be private at the convenience of the family.

Stewart J. "Stew" Dreisigacker, 60, of Tower City, passed away unexpectedly in Porter Twp., Schuylkill County.

Arrangements are pending and will be published Thursday morning.

Dimon Funeral Home, Tower City, is in charge of arrangements.
