Pennsylvania's "Stay at Home" Order Extended Until May 8th

During a press conference mid-day by Pennsylvania Department of Health Secretary Rachel Levine and Govenor Tom Wolf, it was announced that the state's "Stay at Home" Order has been extended from April 30th, 2020 to May 8th, 2020.

The order includes all 67 counties of Pennsylvania.

Governor Wolf stated that some construction projects will begin that week as well as some business could potentially open that week as well.  Although it wasn't specifically said what kinds of businesses.

More details are expected to be released later on Monday.

Schuylkill County was added to the "Stay at Home" list on March 30th.

The order was made as hundreds of people gathered on the steps of the State Capitol in Harrisburg protesting the current closure of many businesses keeping people from going back to work.
