On Monday, May 4th, Kensie-Lee Bidgood will turn 5 years old. Her parents were set to have a birthday party for her this weekend but due to the COVID-19 restrictions, she was unable to have a proper birthday party.
To have a little fun, her mom asked a few Ashland residents if they would drive by their house on Sunday morning and honk for Kensie-Lee.
Well those Ashland residents told their friends, and their friends told their friends, and so on.
On Sunday morning, Kensie-Lee's parents had already decorated the front of their home on Market Street with decorations and at 11:00am, a parade 13 cars of Ashland residents, who may not have known Kensie-Lee, but just wanted to wish her a Happy Birthday!
