A winning Pennsylvania Lottery Scratch Off Ticket worth $1 Million was sold in Schuylkill County.According to the PA Lottery, the winning ticket was a $1 Million Cash Blowout scratch-off and was sold at the Unity Food Mart on West Main Street in Girardville.
