According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, the incident occurred on July 9th, 2020 between 10:50pm and 11:05pm.
Police say prior to the beginning of her shift at her place of employment on Spain Road in Upper Mahantango Township, Holly Picklo, 35, of Mount Carmel grabbed a 35 year old woman by the hair and struck her several times with her knees and closed fists.
State Police will be filing charges of assault at Magisterial District Judge Rossi's office.
