On Monday afternoon, organizers of the 2020 Saint Clair Halloween Parade Committee announced the cancellation of the 2020 parade.
The announcement was made via the organization's Facebook Page and stated
Due to health concerns the parade committee has made the very difficult decision to cancel the Halloween Parade for 2020. We look forward to an amazing return in 2021.
