A water main break was repaired late Tuesday near the former Ashland Elementary Building in Butler Township.
The break had caused water issues for the Fountain Springs and Ashland areas with crews working into the evening Tuesday to get it repaired.
While service has been restored, the boil advisory is still in effect until further notice.
