One Flown After Crash on the Burma Road Earlier This Week

One person was flown after a crash on the Burma Road on Tuesday.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred on Tuesday, November 17th, 2020 around 10:00am.

Troopers say the crash occurred as Tyler Howells, 28, of Saint Clair was traveling north on the Burma Road in Blythe Township and lost control while negotiating a right hand curve.

After losing control, Howells' Subaru Legacy went off the roadway and struck a tree head-on.

Howells was transported via Pottsville/Schuylkill Haven EMS to a waiting Life Flight Helicopter and transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.

Also assisting Police at the scene were the Saint Clair Fire Department and EMS, Blythe Township Fire, and Saint Clair Police.
