The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville are investigating a smashed car window in Rush Township.
Troopers say the victim told police that while their vehicle was parked on Fairview Street between 10:00pm on November 15th, 2020 and 3:00am on November 16th, 2020, someone smashed the rear windshield of the vehicle.
