Senator Argall Tests Negative for COVID-19 After Exposure

Senator Dave Argall's office has announced that the Senator for Schuylkill and parts of Berks County has tested negative for COVID-19.
Last week, the Republican Herald reported that Senator Argall was in quarantine after being exposed to the COVID-19 coronavirus during a meeting in Gettysburg with President Trump.

The meeting included fellow Republican State Senator Doug Mastriano who had tested positive during a meeting.

"Senator Argall’s offices in Berks and Schuylkill Counties and at the Capitol will remain open to the public, with the exception of his office in Borough Hall in Hamburg which has been closed by Borough Council. Staff will continue to follow Senate guidelines regarding cleaning, social distancing and wearing masks." according to a press release

Whenever possible, constituents are urged to contact the Senator’s office by phone or email rather than in-person visits, due to the ongoing pandemic. His offices can assist with any state government related issue, including unemployment compensation, PennDOT, birth certificates, award citations, and questions regarding legislation.
