Michael J. Lorady, 55, Barnesville, passed away peacefully Friday at his residence after a lengthy illness.

Born in Ashland, he was the son of Anne Dougherty Lorady, Girardville and the late James Lorady.

In addition to his mother he is survived by three daughters; Dominique Lorady, Shenandoah, Chelsea Lorady, Delano and Gabrielle Lorady, Barnesville, also by his sister Michele Yasenchak, Girardville.

Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

Mary Ellen Kralick
, 96, of New Ringgold, formerly of Minersville, passed away peacefully on Friday at home.

Born on December 2, 1924 in Frackville, she was a daughter of the late George and Mary (Brynarski) Besesparis. She was a 1942 graduate of Frackville High School. She was first employed in Washington, D.C., then returned to Frackville to run her brother’s printing business. Before retiring, she had been employed at the former Rest Haven Home and Hospital.

She was a member of St. Matthew the Evangelist Church of Holy Family Parish of Minersville.

Preceding her in death were her husband of 46 years, Frank J. Kralick, Sr.; a great-granddaughter, Avery Lynn Kralick. The last of her immediate family, she was also predeceased by four siblings, Ted Besesparis, Regina Huffman, George Best and Eleanor Hewitt.

Mary Ellen is survived by two children, Regina Wiyda (spouse, Jack), New Ringgold and Frank J. Kralick, Jr., Minersville; a grandson, Jeremy Kralick, Minersville; two great-granddaughters, “the twins”, Kendelynn and Kylie Kralick, the loves of her life; nieces and nephews.

The family will accept visitors at Dutcavich Funeral Home, 200 Sunbury Street, Minersville, on Wednesday from 8:30 A.M. with funeral services at 10:30 A.M. Visitors and attendees are expected to follow CDC guidelines. Interment will follow at 12:30 P.M. in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Children’s Miracle Network at Geisinger, 100 N. Academy Dr., Danville, PA 17822-5020.

Marie G. Beltz
, beloved mother, sister, grandmother of Walker Twp., Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, February 26, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospice in Allentown having fought a valiant battle against cancer, at 72 years of age.

Born on November 8, 1948, in Pottsville the daughter of the late Bernard Leo, and Kathryn (McAllister) Doughtery. Marie was also predeceased by her husband, Mark G. Beltz on January 23, 2012.

Surviving are daughter, Kathleen E. Beltz of Tamaqua; Step - Children, Anissa M. Nunemacher and her husband Joe of Coaldale, Mark Beltz and his wife Nichole; sisters, RoseMary Dougherty of Tuscarora, Kathleen Virag wife of Anthony of Edison, NJ, Bernadette Dougherty of Palmyra; brothers, Leo B. Dougherty and his wife Wanda of Alexandria, VA, Hugh A. Dougherty and his wife Lois of Lavelle, John J. Dougherty of Tuscarora, Patrick D. Dougherty and his wife Rose of Dupont, Joseph M. Dougherty of Fogelsville, grandchild, Nicholas. Many nieces and nephews also survive Marie.

A 1966 graduate of Marian Catholic High School, Marie retired from the Bureau of Mines, previously she worked for the Social Security Administration and for Fegley Oil Company. Marie was a devoted mother who enjoyed cooking and baking. Marie was a member of St. John XXIII R.C.C of Tamaqua.
