Phillips Wins Republican Primary Nomination for Frackville Mayor

With all of Frackville's precincts reporting in, incumbent Kim Phillips has unofficially won the Republican primary nomination for the borough's Mayor.

Phillips was being opposed on the Republican side by Brian J. Russell, Sr. and Stephen P. Tertel.

With all 3 precincts reporting in, the unofficial results as of the 9:53pm update from the County Bureau of Elections recorded Phillips with 287 votes, Russell with 147 votes, and Tertel with 101 votes.

There were no candidates on the Democrat side of the ballot.
