Treasurer Linda Marchalk said, “My office handles multiple areas to serve the citizens of Schuylkill County. Starting July 12, 2021, my office will begin issuing doe licenses and will continue to do so until all Wildlife Management Units (WMU) are sold out. Please follow the guidelines in the PA Hunting and Trapping Digest (Page 27) for antlerless mailing dates. All doe applications must be mailed in the pink regulation envelope to the Treasurer’s office. Kindly put your CID number on your check or money order. We are asking any hunter who has not purchased their 2021-22 Hunting license, to take advantage of this opportunity during extended hours. All 100% disabled veterans are entitled to ONE antlerless deer license in the WMU of their choice at the time of purchasing their hunting license. The Treasurer’s Office is the only place 100% disabled veterans can obtain both hunting and antlerless licenses.

All licenses for dogs are also sold in the Treasurer’s Office year round. An annual license runs from Jan 1st through December 31 of the current year. Annual licenses can be renewed starting in December. Lifetime dog licenses are available to dog owners who have had their dog microchipped. A Permanent Identification Verification form must be filled out by the veterinarian and an application must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date of microchipping. Annual Dog licenses are also available online at www.padoglicense.com. There is a $2.00 fee per dog when applying online. We also offer fishing licenses, remit hotel taxes, and you can call for an appointment for small games of chance and bingo licenses. Our office number (570)-628-1433.
