Sean Boylan
, 38 of Girardville, passed away on Monday May 31, 2021 in Tampa, Fl. where he had been living since December 2018.

Born July 19, 1982, he was the son of the late Jacklyn and Daniel Boylan. He grew up in Gerardville and graduated from North Schuylkill High School in 2000. Sean in July 2002 relocated to West Chester, Pa. and also resided in Wilmington, De, Leesport, Pa. and was currently living in Tampa. Fl. prior to his passing. Sean worked for 17 years in the trucking industry as a Long Haul Dispatcher and in Logistics. His most recent employer was Berger Allied Trucking of Tampa, Fl.

Sean was an active guitar player and singer, with his most current groups of Monkeys Uncle, Nothing Sakred, Adrenalyn, and Scarlett. He played throughout the Schuylkill County area and in the Harrisburg area. He opened for groups such as L.A. Guns and the Bullet Boys.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Daniel Boylan. He has a brother Jessie Boylan who resides in Aristas, and a half-brother Brian Horan from Coal Twp.

Sean will be deeply missed by his life partner John Benscoter of 19 years.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am Saturday June 26, 2021 at the St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Fountain Springs, Pa.

Catherine "Kate" C. Uholik
, 70, of Harrisburg passed away on Monday, June 14th, at UPMC Community Osteopathic Hospital, surrounded by her friends and family following a battle with pancreatic cancer.

Kate was born in Ashland, on August 1, 1950, and grew up in Shenandoah.

A spitfire who was fiercely protective of those she loved and always put the needs of others before her own, Kate was a member of Shenandoah Catholic High School's last class (1968) and she enjoyed a career as colorful as her personality. In her early life, she served as a medical technician in Philadelphia before moving into a supervisory role with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in Harrisburg. But she found her calling in 1998, when she transitioned in real estate. Kate spent the remainder of her life building a successful business and positively impacting the lives of hundreds of happy homeowners in Central Pennsylvania and beyond, many of whom became family.

Kate is survived by her husband of 42 years Paul of Harrisburg; son Brian and wife Jamie of Alexandria, VA; the light of her life granddaughter Wynnalise; sister Mary Anne (Coyle) Shimer and husband Richard of Harrisburg; brother Michael Coyle and wife Lynn of Harrisburg; 18 nieces and nephews, including her partner-in-crime Jennifer (Shimer) Smith of Harrisburg; and brother and sister in all-but-blood John and Maria (Herrity) Flannery of Media.

Kate was preceded in death by her parents Andrew and Claire (Keim) Coyle. We are all lesser for her passing; Kate will be dearly missed and remembered.
Arrangements are being handled by Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home in Frackville. Funeral services will be private at Kate's request. Ethel J. Machamer
, formerly of Williamstown, passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at the Masonic Village, Elizabethtown, just five days shy of her 95th birthday.

Born in Williamstown, June 21, 1926, a daughter of the late William G. and Leona Kuntzelman Trotman. She was a graduate of the former Williamstown High School.

Ethel was a retired administrative assistant from Ft. Indiantown Gap, Annville. She was a member of the Williamstown United Methodist Church and Glenn Chapter of Eastern Star, Lykens.

Ethel enjoyed spending time with her family. She could often be found crocheting and knitting.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, H. Benjamin Machamer, 1987; a sister, Carolyn Hoffman; three brothers, Aaron, Harvey and John Trotman.

Surviving are her two children, Ben M. Machamer and his wife Cathy, Williamstown and Leona A. Berzowski, Halifax; five grandchildren she adored, Justine Machamer, Chambersburg; Courtney Machamer, Williamstown; Alex, Tyler and Jacob Berzowski all of Halifax. Nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Inc, Tower City. Visitation will be held from 2-3 PM at the chapel, where a Eastern Star service will be held at 2:45. Burial will be in the Williamstown Methodist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ethel's memory can be made to the Masonic Village, Office of Gift Planning, 1 Masonic Drive, Elizabethtown, PA 17022

Dennis B. Morgan
, 25 of Pottsville, Pa passed away unexpectedly at LVMC of Pottsville on Tuesday, June 15,2021.

Dennis attended Schuylkill Intermediate Unit-29 in Mar-Lin and was a graduate of Pottsville Area School District, Class of 2017. He was a loving young man with a heart of gold and had many friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Gary L. Geist, grandmother, Mabel Morgan, great grandmother, Fae Geist, and uncle, Raymond Morgan. Dennis is survived by his father, Dennis R.
