Clarence Aaron "Schnacks" Umbenhauer, Jr.
, 89 of Lebanon, passed away on Monday, June 28, 2021 at ManorCare in Lebanon.

Born on January 8, 1932 in Pine Grove, he was a son of the late Clarence A."Tillie" Sr. and Catherine E Rehrer Umbenhauer.

Clarence was a 1949 graduate of Pine Grove High School and was a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Lebanon.

He was a Cpl in the U. S. Marine Corps, having served during the Korean Conflict.

Clarence worked in the Accounting Dept. for Con Tel.

He was a Pine Grove Little League Coach in the 1960's and was Manager of the Pine Grove Teener's from 1995-1997 and guided them to the Schuylkill County Championship in 1997. He was a die hard Philadelphia Phillies Fan. He was president of the Pottsville Bowling Association for many years .

Surviving are his wife of 68 years, Joan M. Hommes Umbenhauer; two sons, David and wife Teresa Umbenhauer of Harrisburg, Mike and wife Carol Ann Umbenhauer of White Haven; a daughter, Susan and husband Jerry Fisch of Lebanon; three grandchildren, Brad Umbenhauer of Pine Grove, Lauren and husband Craig Mueller of Alcove, NY, Karen and husband Josh Baraniak of Harrisburg; seven great grandchildren,Quentin, Kendra, Brayden, Kaiden, Shelbie, Aspyn and Harper; a brother Thomas and wife Sue Umbenhauer of Pine Grove.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove. Interment will be in Jacob's Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to either the Humane Society of Lebanon Co., 150 N. Ramona Rd., Myerstown, PA 17067, or the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area, 7790 Grayson Rd. Harrisburg, PA 17111 in his memory.

Alan D. Foster, 73, Girardville passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday July 2nd.

Born in Susquehanna, he was a son of the late Floyd and Grace Postlethwate Foster. He was employed as a truck driver before retiring.

Alan is survived by his wife of 15 years, Betty Ann Foster, Girardville.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
