Jonathan James Seekins
, 38, of Coaldale, PA died on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at home. 

Born in Lehighton, PA, on May 18, 1983, he was a son of Rita A. (Oboril) Seekins of Coaldale and the late Donald R. Seekins. Jonathan attended Panther Valley Schools and worked as a plumber’s assistant. He loved animals and was a fan of all the sports teams from Boston. 

In addition to his mother, Rita, he is survived by daughter, Liliana Seekins of Coaldale; brother, Donald Seekins, Jr. of Atlanta, GA; sister, Heather Schleicher of San Diego, CA; nephew, Conner Schleicher; and many cousins. In addition to his father, Donald, Jonathan was predeceased by fiancĂ©e, LeiLani Williams and brother, Jason Michael Seekins. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Jacqueline Ann Weiser
, 77, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Friday, August 27th, at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem.

Born in Schuylkill Haven, on April 23, 1944, a daughter of the late Mildred (Schaeffer) and Earl Fisher.

She was the wife of Ronald E. Weiser.

Jacqueline was a graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School. She was then employed by the Former Good Samaritan Hospital in the office, the former Jayne's Flowers and she retired from Jerusalem Lutheran Child Care and Learning Center, where she was a preschool teacher for over 20 years.

She was a member of Jerusalem Lutheran Church Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972.

Jacqueline is preceded in death by a stillborn son Matthew Weiser, a brother David Fisher and a sister Phyllis Racusen.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons John Weiser husband of Janet, Schuylkill Haven and William Weiser, Auburn and grandsons Matt and Mike Weiser.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 10:30 AM on Thursday, September 2nd at Geschwindt Stabingas Funeral Home, Inc in Schuylkill Haven.

A viewing for family and friends will be held from 9:30 until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Jerusalem Cemetery, Schuylkill Haven.

Dora J Kline
, age 98, of Hegins, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - E Norwegian, Pottsville.

She was born on Wednesday, February 28, 1923, in Valley View, a daughter of the late Earl Koppenhaver and the late Bessie A (Bixler) Koppenhaver.

She was a 1940 graduate of the former Hegins Twp High School.

Dora was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Valley View.

Her husband, Warren R Kline, passed away in 1995. She was also preceded in death by her parents; by a son, Robert W Kline; and two brothers Laverne Koppenhaver and Forrest Koppenhaver.

She is survived by a daughter, Karen L Hinkel and her husband Allen of Hegins; a daughter in law, Rebecca K Kline and her companion Darryl Miller of Hegins; four grandchildren, Jared Hinkel and his wife Elizabeth, Ashley Schwalm and her husband Matthew, Kurt Kline and his wife Laura, and Drew Kline and his companion Caity Conrad; eight great-grandchildren, Luke Hinkel, Vivian Hinkel, Naomi Schwalm, Josie Schwalm, Eliana Schwalm, Caroline Kline, Charlotte Kline, and Lawton Mangine; a brother, Donald Koppenhaver of Greencastle; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, on Friday, September 3, 2021, at 11:00 am, with Rev. Lee Diefenderfer officiating.

A viewing will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday at the funeral home.

Burial will be made in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Valley View.

Francis Krupilis
, 82, of Brandonville, passed away Saturday, August 28th, 2021.

Francis was born in Brandonville, on May 29, 1939, a son of the late Elizabeth (Kerestes) and Joseph Krupilis. After high school, he served in the United States Army Reserves and worked as machinist for the Bethlehem Steel Corporation until his retirtement.

He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Brandonville, and enjoyed going fishing. Francis also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially eating or going out to breakfast.

Francis was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Margaret 'Peg' (Golden) Krupilis in 2008, and by a brother George.

He is survived by his wife, Pat (DeCurnou) Krupilis, and by his children, Frank, Jr., and his wife MaryAnn of Brandonville; Jack, and his wife Tina of Hometown; James, and his fiancee Jenn of Elysburg; and Pam and her husband Steven Cook of Pine Grove.

Three brothers, Joseph, Thomas and Paul, all of Brandonville; a sister Susan Felter, of Allentown; and a sister Rose Buchinsky, of Hazleton also survive.

He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren, all of whom he loved spending time with, and by nieces and nephews.

The Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home is providing Francis's family with private family services followed by burial in St. Mary's Cemetery in Ringtown.
