Schuylkill County Commissioner Baron Hetherington was seriously injured in a fall on Tuesday.
The announcement was made on B & R Farms Facebook page. Hetherington owns the farm near Ringtown.
According to the post, Commissioner Hetherington fell out of the top of a hay mow .
Hetherington was flown to an area hospital with serious injuries but is said to recover. He remains hospitalized.
The family thanks everyone for their concerns and prayers and asks for privacy at this time.
