A Heat Advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for Tuesday, July 29th, 2025 and Wednesday, July 30th, 2025, for Schuylkill County and nearby Pennsylvania counties.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This level of heat affects anyone without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. Heat-related impacts are likely in some health systems, heat-sensitive industries and infrastructure.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
