Pennsylvania American Water has lifted the Boil Water Advisory that was issued Friday night for customers in the Frackville area following a water main break.
According to the company, repairs to the affected line have been completed and water quality tests confirmed that service is safe to use. The advisory, which began late Friday, had been put in place after approximately 48 streets in the borough experienced either low water pressure or temporary service interruptions.
Pennsylvania American Water announced Sunday that normal water use can now resume without restrictions.
