Rosanne M. Hall
, 78, of Shenandoah Heights, PA, passed away Monday, March 9th, at Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest, Allentown.

Rosanne was born in Shenandoah on July 25, 1947, a daughter of the late Rosanne Bell and Andrew Popalis.

She graduated from Shenandoah Valley High School, Class of 1966.

She worked for many years at the former Shenandoah Evening Herald and worked as a certified nurse’s assistant.

She loved being involved in her church, especially the Church Choir

She was wife of the late Walter Hall who passed away in 2023.

Rosanne is survived by two sons Walter, husband of Jill Hall, of Frackville; Michael Hall, of Shenandoah Heights; two sisters, Mary Stefanowicz, of Kulpmont; Annette, wife of Terry Deitz, of Taylor, a brother, Andrew Popalis, of Shenandoah Heights.

She is also survived by 2 Grandchildren Jacob, and Madeline. Nieces and nephews.

Services are private at the convenience of family.

William L. Devaney Jr.
, 60, of Girardville, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Sunday, March 8th.

Born in Ashland, he was the son of the late William and MaryAnn (Gallagher) Devaney. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ed Devaney.

Bill is survived by his daughter, Kendall Bowman and her husband, Bryn; his sister, Molly Fera and her husband, Steve, of Atlantic Beach, South Carolina; and a brother, Daniel Devaney, of Girardville. He is also survived by two granddaughters, Kennedy and Laken, along with several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be announced at a later date.
