Marguerite “Peggy” Coreia
Marguerite “Peggy” Coreia, 76, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2026, at home with family by her side.
Born in Aristes on May 2, 1950, Peggy was a daughter of the late Theodore “Mike” and Margaret (Chapman) Buriak.
Married for 56 years, she was the wife of John “Jack” Coreia.
Peggy was a graduate of North Schuylkill High School and McCann School of Business with a degree in Business Administration.
Throughout much of her life, she worked alongside her husband as a self-employed business owner and most recently worked for Bashore Truck Service.
Peggy loved opening her home to family and friends, especially when there was a reason to celebrate. She enjoyed hosting parties, family gatherings, and egg hunts, and somehow had the remarkable ability to eat her weight in food and never seem to gain a pound. To many, she was affectionately known as Aunt Peg or Momma C.
She loved her grandpups and would often make visits to see them, never arriving empty-handed. Her trips included McDonald’s cheeseburgers and ice cream. She loved cardinals and feeding the wildlife around her home, and she found joy in gardening and tending to her flowers. These simple pleasures, along with the time she spent with the people and animals she loved, brought her great happiness.
In addition to her husband, Jack, Peggy is also survived by daughter Amy Dillman, wife of Vernon, and son Mike Coreia, husband of Jessica; granddaughter Allyssa Thomas; grandpups Chase and Finn; brothers Theodore Buriak and John Buriak, husband of Sue; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held privately at the family’s convenience.

Harold M. “Harry” Faust Jr.
Harold M. “Harry” Faust Jr. passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 8.
He was the husband of the late Mary Lynne (Holman) Faust, who died in 2008.
Born in Barnesville on July 12, 1937, he was the son of the late Harold M. and Verna M. Kates Faust and was an active member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Newtown Square.
A 1955 graduate of Mahanoy City High School, he went on to graduate from Elon College in 1959, where he played football for four years. He continued his football career while serving in the Army National Guard. Harry and Lynne married and moved to Wilmington, Delaware, where he began his insurance career and they started their family. They soon moved to Broomall, Pennsylvania, the heart of Delaware County, and he began his 35-year career at Amica Mutual Insurance Co.
Harry was very active in Broomall youth sports, coaching both football and baseball for many years and many championships. He continued as a motivational coach and the biggest fan of his grandchildren, attending as many football, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, and baseball games as possible.
He is survived by his son Glenn (Jeanine) of Center Valley, Pennsylvania; daughter Heidi Luidens (John) of West Chester, Pennsylvania; sister Shirley Curvey; five grandchildren, Connor, Leah and Haley Faust, and Cassidy and Camryn Luidens; great-granddaughter Charlotte Marie Faust; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial and services will be announced at a later date.

Donna Lushinsky
Donna Lushinsky, 75, of Shenandoah, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
Born in Pottsville on February 24, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Joan (Faust) Lipshaw.
Donna was a home health aide for 30 years and was very dedicated to her profession. She loved to go to the casino and gamble, and also enjoyed playing bingo.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward, in 2018; two sons, Bradley and Roy Bowen; three sisters, Helen Tyson, Elaine Sargeant and Brenda Fishburn; and two brothers, Bill Lipshaw and Thomas Lipshaw.
She is survived by one son, Jessie (Jennifer) Bowen of North Carolina; three sisters, her caregiver Lois Sanders of Shenandoah, Sandy Tutko of Mahanoy City and Mary Ramer of Halifax; five grandchildren, Brittany, Brandon, Amanda, Darius and Angelica; along with several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and nephew-in-law Stanley Lushinsky.
She will reunite with her husband, Edward, for burial on Thursday, September 17, at 11:30 a.m. at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, Pennsylvania, where he will receive full military honors.
