Six Individuals to be Inducted into Marian Catholic High School Hall of Fame

Marian Catholic High School has announced the induction of six individuals into its Class of 2026 Hall of Fame, with a celebration scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026, in the John P. Malarkey ’51 Gymnasium at Marian Catholic High School in Hometown.

The Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29 and the Schuylkill Technology Center have been awarded a $250,000 state grant to create new training pathways for aspiring carpenters, according to Dave Argall and state Representatives Tim Twardzik, Jamie Barton, JoAnne Stehr and Dane Watro.
