One man was shot and killed and was pronounced dead around 12:45pm.
According to the authorities, Joseph Boris, 60, and Ronald Kozak, both neighbors for over years were involved in an ongoing dispute. The argument escalated and Kozak ended up shooting Boris in the chest right outside his home. There have been no reports on what they were fighting over.
Kozak was taken into custody not long after police arrived at the scene. He was placed in Schuylkill County Prison Saturday evening.
