According to "Schuylkill County Police Activity", police are looking for Lacey Sitlinger, 30, of Tower City. She reportedly struck the male several times and cut him on his face and neck. while in a van.
The male was able to escape and Sitlinger fled in the van on Route 209.
Anyone with information on Sitlinger's whereabouts are asked to call Schuylkill Haven State Police at (570) 739-1330.
