According to the Mahanoy City Police Department's Facebook page, Cpl Dissinger conducted a traffic stop on 43 yr old Andrea Startzel from Mahanoy City.
Startzel was found to have over 24 grams of bath salts along with other controlled substances and paraphernalia.
