Mahanoy City Couple Found Not Guilty of Animal Cruelty

On Tuesday, a hearing was held for the couple that had allegedly left a dog in a dumpster in Mahanoy City.


Brent Evans and Wendy St. Peter were both found not guilty after appearing before Magisterial District Judge Anthony J. Kilker and hearing testimony from the Mahanoy City Police.
