According to reports, Amanda Nastasi, 22, was injured after the motorcycle she was riding with Justin Wolfe, pulled out of Heisler's Dairy Bar and into the path of a pickup truck.
Nastasi's injuries were severe enough that she was airlifted to an area hospital.
