Pottsville Woman Charged After Police Break Up Underage Drinking Party; 23 Cited

A Pottsville woman is facing charges after police say they discovered an underage drinking party at her residence late Saturday night.
According to the Pottsville Bureau of Police, officers were dispatched around 11:00 p.m. on March 21, 2026, to a home in the 400 block of Adams Street for a report of an underage drinking gathering.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with Stacey Daubert, 50, of Pottsville, who is the owner of the residence. Police say Daubert was the only individual at the home over the age of 21 and told officers she was supervising those present while they were drinking.

Police reported making contact with 23 individuals under the age of 21 who were attending the party where alcohol was present. While checking the property for additional individuals, officers observed numerous open containers and empty alcoholic beverage containers throughout the residence and surrounding property.

As a result, citations were filed against each of the 23 underage individuals for purchase, consumption, possession, or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages, a summary offense.

Daubert will be charged with corruption of minors, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

The St. Clair Police Department assisted Pottsville officers at the scene.
