Police Asking for Help Identifying Female from Schuylkill County Cold Case from 1980's

The Pennsylvania State Police are looking for help identifying a female from a 1986 Cold Case from Schuylkill County.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, In April 1986, an unidentified black female was found deceased near I-81, McAdoo exit, Kline Township.

At the time of her death she was thought to be 21-25 years old, making her birth year likely 1961-1965. She is described as 5'4", 110 lb, with black hair and brown eyes. A small vertical scar was on the upper right cheek. She wore a silver colored friendship ring with a hexagonal outer edge and Florentine finish.
