At the scene Police found Ott, who did appear under the influence of a controlled substance. Ott did admit to Police that she had taken several controlled substances. While Police were on scene Ott was observed throwing a large plastic cup onto private property and admitted to throwing additional items.
A later search found that Ott was in possession of several items of drug paraphernalia.
Ott will have to answer to charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Loitering and Prowling at Night, Public Drunkenness, Disorderly Conduct and Scattering Rubbish before MDJ Hale, Frackville.
