* LOCATIONS...THE SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY AND WESTERN POCONOS.

* HAZARD TYPES...DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILLS.

* WIND CHILLS...AROUND 15 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.

* TIMING...OVERNIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...POTENTIAL FOR HYPOTHERMIA AND FROST BITE TO UNPROTECTED SKIN IN JUST A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.

* WINDS...WEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...5 ABOVE TO 5 BELOW ZERO.
