Help Autumn Get to Philadelphia

Help Autumn get to Philadelphia to get the treatment she needs

Autumn is a 13 year old girl from Forrestville, who has a rare disorder known as 22q DiGeorge Syndrome. It can cause of slew of health problems that can affect almost any part of the body, including the immune system. Having a immune deficiency means that Autumn is sick a lot. She can't really enjoy being a child when she's always sick. She was born with a heart condition and flown to Philadelphia Hospital as a baby where she underwent heart surgery and was diagnosed with 22Q.11 also known as velocardifacial syndrome .

Autumn also has high anxiety and needs a full evaluation by a team of doctors who are familiar with her syndrome so that she can get everything she needs to grow and have a chance to be a kid .

Autumn has the chance to go to Philadelphia for testing from head to toe for help with her 22q. This trip will be of so much benefit for her. The funding for this will be used to help get transportation as our vehicle is not able to make it to this destination safely and this is not just a one day trip . We also do not have extra funds monthly to get her there . We are hoping with your help we can get Autumn diagnosed properly to improve her physical and mental health . As far as we know her medical insurance is covered but the other expenses are not .
