Police Looking for Fake Water Company Employees

A West Mahanoy Township man had $8,000 stolen from his home Tuesday after two men said they were water company workers, distracted the man, and allegedly stole the money.


The men are described as being white with one being 6 feet tall and having a medium built and the other as 5 feet, 4 inches and having a stocky build.

Anyone with information is asked to call the state police at 570-874-5300 and refer to incident L03-1350340.
