UPDATE: Victim Shot During Deer Poaching Incident in West Penn Township

Update on the shooting in West Penn Township Sunday.


Earlier Monday, we reported about a crash and shooting in West Penn Township.  Times News update that the incident is a result of deer poaching gone bad.  There was no motor vehicle accident.

Times News reports that Kimberly Kokinda, Lansford, was shot by her boyfriend,  Raymond Meyers, Lehighton, when the rifle he was holding discharged as he brought it up to shoot a deer.
