According to Pennlive.com, Joey Casselberry, has been kicked off the team after he posted on Twitter using an "offensive slur" while commenting about Disney making a movie about Davis.
Casselberry has since deleted his Twitter account and the University took to Twitter to comment on the situation.
We take matter very seriously; addressed the issue with the student-athlete (who has been dismissed from team), coach, and the team.
