(03/02/15) Mrs. T's Pierogies, Shenandoah, is recalling some of it's Mozzarella, Tomato, and Basil varieties of pierogies due to that it may contain pieces of plastic.
The product is 16 ounce boxes of Mrs. T’s Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil Pierogies with UPC number 4116400042. They were sold in New England, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia and Illinois. The two lots recalled have “best by” dates of 05/20/16 and 07/15/16. The recall was initiated after plastic was found in the product filling during a Quality Assurance check.
