Mother Arrested in Frackville for Threatening Neighbor After Juveniles Charged With Harassment

A Frackville woman is facing charges after police say she threatened a neighbor in connection with an earlier incident involving her children.
According to Frackville Police, officers were first called to the 400 block of West Washington Street around 7:27 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2025, for a reported disturbance. Investigators determined that two juvenile females had been harassing a neighbor. The juveniles were subsequently charged with harassment. Their mother, Mariah Dixon, 39, of Frackville, was notified of the pending charges and advised to have no contact with the victim.

Later that evening, at approximately 9:13 p.m., police were called back to the same area after reports that Dixon had returned and was threatening the victim. Dixon was taken into custody at that time.

Patrolman Bryce Dragna completed a criminal complaint charging Dixon with intimidation of a witness and disorderly conduct. She was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Serina, who set bail at $15,000 unsecured. Dixon was released following arraignment.

Officers from the West Mahanoy Township Police Department and Shenandoah Police Department assisted at the scene.
