Polk is charged with 2 counts of Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance ( crack cocaine & marijuana), 1 count unlawful deliver of a controlled substance (crack cocaine), 2 counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 1 count of tampering with evidence, 2 counts of drug paraphernalia, and 1 count of criminal use of a communication facility. All charges stem from controlled drug buy on the evening of 04/26/15.
Polk was arraigned by magistrial justice Judge Hale and committed to Schuylkill County Prison. Mahanoy City Police assisted in the investigation
